This tool is used to compute the Future Real Estate Value of property based on its Current Value, the Number of Months from today, and the Annual Real Estate (RE) Appreciation. It can also be used to compute any of the other values by leaving the desired field blank and entering the other data. To compute a value, enter the values that you can, and leave the desired value as 0. When all fields have been entered click the "Compute" button.
