'No Closing Costs' loans

“No Closing Costs” Option applies to refinance transactions only and covers the cost of the appraisal fee, credit report fee, flood certification fee, tax service fee, notary/signing fees, title fees, escrow/closing fees and recording fees. The borrower is responsible for paying prepaid interest, property taxes, state mortgage taxes, insurance, mortgage insurance and existing lender payoff fees. The borrower may choose to apply for a loan with other fee options in which points and/or fees are charged to obtain a lower interest rate. Our "No Closing Costs" option is not available on purchase transactions however a reduced fee option is available. Not available for loan amounts below $100,000.
